What we need is CITIZEN OVERSIGHT IN THE VOTE-COUNTING process, as well as some actual PROGRESSIVE candidates to begin with. Obama might be the same color as a large percentage of the poor, but he's no progressive (as he said himself, right after he voted, as Senator, for renewing FISA). Here in Wayne Co., our incumbent D, Maffei, lost to Buerkle (R) by six-hundred something votes, and there was no recount (and ought there not to have been?); but Maffei was a complete do-nothing anyway, in my opinion...

Where was the black people's rage when a movie came out about assasinating George Bush? There was not a peep from the black people or the dems/libs/progressives. Was that because he was white? or republican?
MLK wasn't just speaking to white people when he stated the content of a man's character is more important than the color of his skin.
Why is it black people act as though they have never been bamboozeled by another black man. One day perhaps many black people will wake up and realize that black on black crime is way up statistically. They leave their children with women they never loved and abandon their responsibilities. This may be judgmental but that tells me about a man's character. Why is it black people are so in love with Obama? Is it only because he is black? Do they really think he is doing anything to help them? They seem to be falling for the empty promises of black and dem/lib/progressives all over America who have done nothing but destroy. Look to Detroit and now to Chicago to see what lies ahead for black people. Destruction by the democrat party is at an all time high and now that they see a black president they think he is God almighty. Why is this? Obama has caused more destruction than Bush. Spent more than Bush. Job losses more than Bush. Takeover of private business and private lives more than Bush. Obama has done one thing for blacks and white Americans and that is in the education field. That is it. Empty promises. Over and Over and over and people keep falling for it. Why is that?
Wake up before it is too late. Many blacks are being sold out by a empty suit. It happens all the time, years and years of it and never do they change their opinions. Hanging on to empty promises is a sad waste of time and energy. Pitiful that you do not report the truth.
Keep hanging on to the coattails of empty promises and see where it gets you.
